Energy Empowerment Program (LEEP)

This yearlong internship opportunity prepares students to join the workforce and introduces them to a variety of career paths in the energy sector. Throughout the program, participants work on personal development—sharpening skills like mindset, social awareness, planning, problem-solving, teamwork, and communication. Students also receive support for their future undertakings through college guidance and career preparation.
