PROMISE Scholars Summer Internship

The High School Research Scholars Program at Sanford Research is a unique 10-week summer internship that offers real-time laboratory research experience to motivated high school students who have an interest in the biomedical sciences. Participants work alongside scientists as part of a research team, engage in educational and career preparation workshops, and present their work as a scientific poster at the Sanford Research Symposium. In addition, they earn three undergraduate elective credits at the University of South Dakota (BIOC192) and receive a $2,500 scholarship.
