About the role
The Women Empowered Through Business (WEB) Institute is a week-long summer internship program aimed at introducing high school female rising juniors to the technology and business fields. Throughout the six-day session, students will get involved in various workshops that will teach them coding, computer technology, entrepreneurship, personal branding, supply chain management, business analytics, and professional development. These workshops will be conducted by university faculty and staff to expose the students to women leading in the fields of technology and business. The program also includes team-building sessions and college readiness workshops to help the students with their future academic paths. Along with these, the participants of this program will have the opportunity to engage with industry leaders through various sessions for a better understanding of the business world.
